I showed him the certificate I got at Kendiya’s Chunk o’ Mars (”Take down the Two Kilogram Steak Sandwich in fifteen minutes and it’s free!” – hey, I was a young idiot) and he thought I forged it. I like to relax and appreciate the finer things in life, and sometimes that includes a bit of mystery, sure. You know, an appreciation of the unknown. Everyone likes surprises. But it would not have broken my poor little head or disappointed me in the least to have gotten at least a little more clue about what was going on from the start, eh? I don't need the kid gloves.
